A traditional Finnish sauna is pretty inexpensive and can be built to fit any surrounding or space perfectly. Obviously, the size really matters for the installation of sauna rooms. Bench –

The top bench must be at least 20” wide and 36” from the floor. You should place benches on wall supports and legs. It’s recommended to have 2” x 4” cedar with ½” space between the boards. The cubic footage of sauna rooms plays a key role in determining the capacity of heating unit.
